The Department of Moral Guidance at the Ministry of Defense announced that students from the Boy Scouts of America, one of the largest youth organizations in the United States, visited Al-Udeid Airbase. They took a field trip to the base and were hosted by the Air Transport Wing from the Qatari Emiri Air Force in coordination with the US Air Force.

The trip included a visit to the air transport and aviation support sections where they saw airplane parts, wings, and aircraft maintenance hangars.

The visit aims to support familial ties and highlight the two air forces’ role in social development, through educating new generations about the active and humanitarian role that armed forces play in the community.
