Reports directly to the Director of Operations, and working with other Directors and Managers, the Operations Manager manages the finances, human resources, office and administration affairs, and overall operational efforts to ensure they align with QAIC’s mission. The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for monitoring day-to-day operations including but not limited to office and property management, accounting, and billing to ensure successful organizational progress. The Operations Manager also supports assembling and managing a diverse portfolio of vendors and talent to support the Operations team such as bookkeepers.
