Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the Executive Director and also serves as a liaison with the Board of Directors. The Executive Assistant must be detailed-oriented, creative, and enjoy working within an environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented. The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible to support verbal and written communication, administrative and operational tasks, and organizational needs with the strong ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. The Executive Assistant must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Reporting to the Director of Communications and working with other team members, the Officer for Communications supports and implements the communications and public relations strategies that align with QAIC’s mission and target audience. The Officer for Communications is primarily responsible for QAIC’s content creation, design, and product development, including but not limited to digital properties (website and social media)and digital and printed media and public relations. The Officer for Communications also guides vendors and talent to support the Communications team.
