Paul Hamill is the Executive Director of the Qatar-America Institute and leading political & national security policy and communications strategist.
As well as being the Executive Director of the Qatar-America Institute he is also an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the non-partisan American Security Project, where he was previously Director of Strategy and Communications.
Paul has worked with several leading institutions working on key foreign policy strategy issues to enhance the national security for the United States.
Mr. Hamill has advised major clients on strategic narratives, communications planning, influence operations and approaches, political campaigning, media engagements, as well as detailed communications research and analysis. He develops and implements public policy campaigns on key national security issues.
Mr. Hamill has provided advice to a number of high-level foreign policy officials regarding National Security Strategic Communications; these include officials within the NSC, DOD, CENTCOM, Congressional staff, and leading officials from a number of other countries.
