2022 Fashion Trust Arabia Announces 25 Prize Finalists

As part of ‘Qatar Creates’ cultural offerings, Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA), a non-profit initiative launched in 2018 under the patronage of Sheikha Moza Bint Nasser, will announce the final prize winners selected within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The 2022 showcase will be held in October in Doha, Qatar. FTA’s mission is to support up-and-coming fashion designers, exclusively from the MENA region, giving them a platform to display their talent worldwide.

Over 1,000 applicants submitted their work over the past year, and the Fashion Trust Advisory Board has narrowed it down to just 25 finalists. Now the jury of fashion trailblazers will hand pick the winners of the five fashion awards: ready-to-wear, jewelry, accessories, eveningwear, and the Franca Sozzani Debut Talent award. It will be the fourth edition of FTA supporting rising talents and fashionistas across the MENA region.
