IMPART 2022

IMPART 2022 commenced as an in-person event from Friday, December 09th  to  Sunday, December 11th, 2022. This year’s summit celebrated the culmination of QAIC’s yearlong focus on sustainability & the arts and featured expert panels and film screenings with current QAIC partners addressing sustainability in olfactory and culinary arts and film. The program also included a panel featuring our 2021 IMPART artist grant winners, a Souq featuring artists, fashion and other community vendors, community-based art making, interactive cultural experiences, and art exhibitions. IMPART Artist Grants 

“Connecting Creatives” and artist empowerment are central tenets of QAIC’s philosophy. In that vein,  every year QAIC selects several promising artists to receive its IMPART Artist Grant which will “incubate” and support the artists for their artistic venture in the year to come. 2022 Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. In addition to the grant, selected artists will qualify to speak and exhibit their artwork at QAIC’s HQ in Washington D.C. in 2023.
