Community is a major focus of the Qatar America Institute for Culture, therefore it is important for the local Washington, DC community to be included in much of QAIC’s initiatives whenever possible. As part of this commitment to community, each year QAIC and its partners will host several festivals and public events with community engagement and enrichment as the main objective.
IMPART SUMMIT:
Annual Creatives Convening
QAIC’s Impart Summit is an annual weekend celebration and convention for creatives open to the public. The summit consists of real and virtual panel discussions, exhibitions, film & food festivals, and other events focusing on fine arts, filmmaking, performing arts, and design from the US, Qatar, the larger Arab and Islamic worlds.
