Cultural Crossings Exhibition Opening

On September 10th, Qatar America Institute for Culture opened its newest exhibition, “Cultural Crossings: Exchanges Beyond the Silk Road.” Thanks to musical artists Samer Ali, Marissa Arciola, Nezih Antakli, and Maestro Dalal from the Syrian Music Preservation Initiative, QAIC held a mini concert with the focal point being Maestro Dalal on the oud. When the concert ended, guests toured the new ‘Cultural Crossings’ exhibit and our Perfumery Museum.  After touring our space, guests made their way downstairs to enjoy traditional Arabic cuisine prepared by The Migrant Kitchen.
