Museum Series – Expanding Young Minds: Children’s Museums and Youth Programming

QAIC’s Museum Series brings together Museum experts from Qatar and the US to highlight and discuss important collections, their approaches to them, and the factors that impact them.

QAIC’s first Museum Series event of 2022 will be held on May 19, from 11am to 12pm (EST) and will focus on youth programming of the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, Dadu: Children’s Museum of Qatar, and the Museum of Islamic Art. Specifically, the panel will discuss how institutions formulate and develop their programming and exhibitions for the younger demographics while simultaneously engaging parents and general adults.
