This year’s summit celebrated the culmination of QAIC’s yearlong focus on sustainability & the arts and featured expert panels and film screenings with current QAIC partners addressing sustainability in olfactory and culinary arts and film. The program also included a panel featuring our 2021 IMPART artist grant winners, a souq featuring artists, fashion and other community vendors, community-based art making, interactive cultural experiences, and art exhibitions. A percentage of all IMPART Summit proceeds will be donated to QAIC Cares Partner, the Mokha Institute. Interested in donating? Visit our website here.
IMPART is made possible in part thanks to the generous support of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Washington, D.C., ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, QatarAirways, Blue Salon, and Excelerate Energy.
QAIC’s 2022 IMPART Gala brought together QAIC supporters, members of the board of directors, partners and special guests. The Gala featured a special musical performance by pianist, composer and founder of Pianos for Peace Malek Jandali, and a special menu inspired by Qatari cuisine.
Day one of our IMPART Summit featured engaging panels focused on sustainability and our 2021 IMPART Artist Grantees, a live performance thanks to Malek Jandali, an art souq, and access to QAIC’s Perfumery Museum and current exhibitions.
