QAIC Hosts ‘Art of Athletics’ Festivals in DC and Doha

On November 21st, 26th, and 29th QAIC hosted The “Art of Athletics” Festivals here in DC and in Doha. The festival highlighted the art and cultural dimensions of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ — bridging art, athleticism and community. Guests in DC were able to see an exhibition of the Official FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ posters designed by Qatari artist Bouthayna Al Muftah, all eight 3D models of the stadiums being played in, art activities, and screenings of the World Cup games.

On November 26th QAIC hosted more than 500 visitors at the USA Pavillion in Doha in partnership with the US Embassy in Doha. Guests were able to enjoy a variety of art and cultural activities and meet fans from all over the world – truly bridging art and culture!
