Vital Voices Holds 21st Annual Global Leadership Awards

On Wednesday, November 9th, Vital Voices held their 21st Annual Global Leadership Awards and several members of the QAIC staff attended the celebration at the Kennedy Center. The Awards recognizes global trailblazers, women leaders who challenge the status quo and provide courageous leadership that promotes justice and peace. QAIC extends warm congratulations to all honorees, including:

• Phumzile Van Damme 
• Monica Simpson 
• Valdelice Verson 
• The Women of Iran 

Special guest speakers included Vital Voices co-founder Hillary Clinton, and Vital Voices board members Diane von Furstenberg and Bozoma Saint John.
